In addition to general construction, Burke-Ailey also offers the following services to our clients:

Project Development - From as little as a verbal description, we can work with our clients to completely develop all project requirements from initial layout through design to completed structure.
Design/Build - Single source responsibility for both design and construction lies with Burke-Ailey. Working closely with the architect/engineer enables the project to proceed on fast track by overlapping phases of construction that otherwise would have to be done consecutively. This ensures the earliest possible occupancy by our clients.
Guaranteed Maximum Price - As an alternate to a lump sum cost approach, we guarantee the cost with a fixed fee. All savings that result from efficient project management are shared with our clients.
Cost Estimates - Includes conceptual budgeting, preliminary estimating from incomplete design, or fixed costs from full plans and specifications.
Value Engineering - We work with our clients and designer to evaluate materials, design, or construction methods to reduce cost without sacrificing quality.
Site Selection - Locate and evaluate a site to meet the requirements of our clients.
Financing/Leasing - Includes correlating own/lease back packages and providing assistance in obtaining financing.
